From the Prioress: Connecting to our Source of Power
When each of us is fully charged, shining brightly with hope, love, compassion, forgiveness, and caring, we can bring light into our darkened world.
These are the highlights of the reflections given in mass. These often include a saint’s feast day as well as Lenten or Advent reflections.

When each of us is fully charged, shining brightly with hope, love, compassion, forgiveness, and caring, we can bring light into our darkened world.

If we think of Christmas lingering until the start of February it gives more opportunities to celebrate and reflect on Jesus, the Light of the World and the one who comes wrapped in love.

Will you walk with us tonight? Will you shine your light to dispel the darkness of violence, prejudice, distrust? Will you help us carry the light that brought us to this city 160 years ago and sustains us into the future?

Like my great-great-grandfather and so many others, we who are present today when others are in need can join in God’s great flow of mercy.

Behold, I make all things new.
