Within our collections we hold material pertaining to the history and functioning of the monastery, including collections created by individual sisters and their projects, ministries, photographs, as well as a look into their everyday lives. We also hold materials related to the running of the monastery and the various committees and associations involved.
If you would like to research at the Mount, please send an advance request. Some collections have partial or total access restrictions, due to the nature of personal records. The records for living sisters are not accessible to the public.
Online collections archive
You can view select collections online. Many of our schools are available for viewing with lists of sisters who taught at the schools, select photos, and finding aids. We are constantly adding more schools to this work in progress. If you would like to have more information or see more photos from our schools, please contact the archive. Please note that we do not have students’ transcripts.
