On Monday, September 23, 2024, one of our first volunteers, Pat Callaghan, led a class about the dangers of plastic pollution and provided updates on what is allowed to be recycled in their areas. This class is part of a series she is offering on environmental awareness. The next class, Preventing Food Waste, will occur on October 28th at 10:00 a.m.

Pat is also an oblate participating in the Laudato Si initiative that the oblates at Mount St. Scholastica are taking on this year.
