Development Message

Dear Friends,

Thank you for blessing us with your support and prayers throughout this past year. Your donation of time as a volunteer at the Mount, Sophia Spirituality Center, Keeler Women Center, or Dooley Center is truly a gift to us. Your financial donations help us care for our community needs, especially those of our elderly sisters, and allow us to provide services to others. We celebrated many anniversaries this past year. We rejoiced as we commemorated the 160th anniversary of our founding, the 25th anniversary of the Souljourners program at Sophia Center, and the 20th anniversary of Keeler Women’s Center. During all these celebrations, we remembered in prayer the many people who helped us reach these milestones. We also prayed for all those we have served with your help throughout these many years. Your thoughtfulness and generosity sustain us as we continue to adjust to our future as a smaller community. Updates and repairs are a big part of our stewardship of our facilities, and your donations help us keep our buildings and grounds in good repair. Your donations also are essential to our ministry of hospitality to our guests.
