Call For a Ceasefire on The Gaza Strip

We the Sisters of Mount St. Scholastica want to support all efforts to end war, especially in the Holy Land. As Pope Francis’s quote below says:

“Never has the use of violence brought peace in its wake. War begets war, violence begets violence.”

No matter what region they come from, we believe that all children are God’s children. We must work to end all violence.
