Sister Rose Marie Stallbaumer, OSB

Sister Rose Marie initially ministered in elementary education in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Kansas City, Kansas, Atchison and Mission, Kansas.  She returned to the monastery to serve in the business office, where she eventually became the community treasurer.  Her ministry in this field has included opportunities to assist the Benedictine Sisters in Brazil, Mexico, and Africa with accounting and financial planning. Currently, Sister Rose Marie is serving as Sub-Prioress.

She enjoys reading historical fiction, going outdoors for walks, and spending time with family and friends.
