Sister Mary Benedict Jacobs, OSB

Sister Mary Benedict ministered for many years as a licensed practical nurse and physical therapist assistant in Dooley Center. For many years she could be found using one of the monastery’s sewing machines, mending clothes for the sisters. She also kept the dining room decorated for the various seasons and feast days.

She is a great fan of both the Royals and Chiefs but also enjoys watching other teams play. She is very creative with crafts, designing several gift items for the Mount gift shop.
