The Sacred Life of Rocks (a 4-week series)

The Sacred Life of Rocks (a 4-week series)
September 3 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm CDT

The concept of a “sacred life of rocks” can be understood through different lenses. Rocks can symbolize strength, stability, and the enduring nature of life. Even the most “ordinary” rocks have fascinating histories and stories to tell, as they record the Earth’s geological past. Rocks can be seen as touchstones connecting people to their land and ancestors. Rocks can also represent the foundation of life, the core of a person’s values, or the enduring nature of relationships. Come explore with us, what rocks have come to mean in Scripture, science, literature and our everyday lives. This series will be a combination of input, faith sharing, creative processing, and prayer.
