The Feast of Saint Thomas Aquinas
January 28 All day

St. Thomas Aquinas devoted his brilliant mind to the service of faith, believing that reason and revelation belong together. Born to a noble family, he chose the Dominican life against expectations and spent his years studying, teaching, and writing. His work helped the Church articulate deep truths with clarity and humility. Thomas never sought praise for his intellect; instead, he saw knowledge as a path toward loving God more fully. Today we honor a saint who reminds us that thoughtful inquiry, when rooted in prayer, can lead us closer to divine wisdom.
