Come, design and construct your own prayer loop/bracelet to help you stay focused in your prayers when you are feeling chaotic.  Prayer loops are also useful when you are having trouble sleeping!

Brenda Mortell, Associate Director at Keeler Women’s Center is a certified Home Counselor, Trauma Care Facilitator, Parent Project Educator, Adult Learning educator, and Facilitator Trainer for Community Conversations. As a certified person in Computer Applications, she teaches technology to the underserved and seniors at our center. Brenda is also one of our bilingual spiritual directors, and a Benedictine Oblate with Mount St. Scholastica.
