Nonviolent Communication: Enhancing Your Toolkit for Navigating the Election Year and Beyond
Nonviolent Communication: Enhancing Your Toolkit for Navigating the Election Year and Beyond
September 17 @ 10:30 am – 12:30 pm CDT

In this time of polarization, do you desire to communicate more effectively with loved ones, neighbors and colleagues? No matter how much we care and try, sometimes it can be quite a challenge!
Nonviolent Communication is a time-honored model of relating that includes compassion, empathy, respect and understanding of human needs. It supports effective conflict resolution and helps create opportunities for deepening connection with others.
This session will explore the basics of Nonviolent Communication and offer spiritual practices to support us as we endeavor to expand our orientation and “toolkit” for relating in our homes, holiday dinner tables, workplaces and beyond.
Please register by September 15th.
After receiving your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will be your invoice. We never want our retreat costs to be prohibitive to anyone who wants to attend our programs, so we are pleased to offer scholarships. Fill out our simple scholarship request form now!
