Contemplative Nature Journaling
May 8 @ 7:00 pm – May 9 @ 3:30 pm CDT

This retreat invites you to explore nature journaling and lectio divina in nature as ways of encountering God’s presence in creation. You will learn the basics of keeping a nature journal, practicing “intentional curiosity” to notice closely, ask questions, and record both what you see and what stirs within.
Through simple sketches, writing, and contemplative prayer, you will begin a personal journal that brings together the outer world and your inner life. Our time together will include observation, journaling, lectio divina in nature, and shared reflection. No artistic or scientific background is needed, only a desire to engage creation with wonder.
*Cost includes private room and meals
Please register by May 1.
After receiving your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will be your invoice. We never want our retreat costs to be prohibitive to anyone who wants to attend our programs, so we are pleased to offer scholarships. Fill out our simple scholarship request form now!
