St. John Neumann served with tireless dedication as a missionary and bishop in the growing Church of the United States. Known for his humility, he traveled widely to serve immigrant communities, offering pastoral care and establishing schools to strengthen faith and education. Despite frail health, he worked steadily, trusting God to supply what he lacked. St. John Neumann believed deeply in the power of presence and compassion. His life encourages us to serve faithfully where we are planted, especially among those navigating new beginnings and unfamiliar surroundings.
