St. Simon the Zealot and St. Jude Thaddeus, two of Christ’s apostles, remind us of the diverse ways God calls us to serve. Simon is remembered for his passionate zeal, while Jude is known as the patron saint of hopeless causes, offering hope to the discouraged and despairing. Together, they spread the Gospel with courage, enduring persecution and martyrdom for their faith. Their lives call us to remain steadfast in following Christ, even when the path is uncertain. Today, let us turn to their intercession with trust, asking for zeal, perseverance, and renewed hope.
