Triduum Retreat (on-site)
March 28-31, 2024 | Holy Thursday, 4:00 p.m.-Easter Sunday, 1:00 p.m. CDT
facilitated by staff
Registration is limited.
The summit of the Liturgical Year is the Easter Triduum—from the evening of Holy Thursday to the evening of Easter Sunday. Though chronologically three days, they are liturgically one day unfolding for us the unity of Christ’s Paschal Mystery of dying and rising. The single celebration of the Triduum marks the end of the Lenten season and leads to the Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord at the Easter Vigil.
Join the monastic community and enter fully into days of deep silence and rich celebration of the Mass of the Last Supper, Good Friday of the Lord’s Passion, the Easter Vigil, and Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord. Begin and end your Paschal journey with festive meals among the Benedictine sisters in the monastic dining room.
You are encouraged to register early as space is limited. Please register no later than March 17. Scholarships are available; if you would like to make a request, email S. Carol Ann at firstname.lastname@example.org. We strongly encourage you to add email@example.com to your email contacts to ensure the delivery of our emails regarding important information for your retreat.
