October Guided Meditation: Entering Autumn (Zoom)

October 2, 2024 | Wednesday, 10:30.-11:30 a.m. CDT

facilitated by Sr. Linda Zahner, OSB
Cost: $15

Autumn provides an abundance of themes and images to draw upon, but perhaps the most prominent is that of transformation. During this time of the year we experience in a dramatic way the many lessons nature has to share with us through the change of season, harvest time, migration, and witnessing trees disrobing themselves. It is a perfect opportunity for us to pause and reflect on what changes or transformations God may be inviting us to consider in our lives as well. Please join us for this guided meditation. Our time together will include a scripture reading, guided meditation, quiet reflection time, and sharing.

Please register by September 25. Once we have received your registration, we will send you an invoice for the retreat. Please know we have scholarships available; if you would like to make a request, email S. Carol Ann at sophia@mountosb.org. We strongly encourage you to add sophia@mountosb.org to your email contacts to ensure the delivery of emails regarding your retreat.
