It’s amazing what a day away in a quiet and peaceful setting can do to refresh your mind and nourish your soul. That’s what we are offering as we invite you to join us for Coffee & Silence. Think of it as a mini-retreat where you can come and spend time however suits you—in silent prayer and reflection, reading, contemplative walking, or rest. Bring your lunch and enjoy a prayerful day away. We promise to have a cup of coffee (or tea!) available, and maybe even a special tasty treat to add to the enjoyment of your day.
This month we are delighted to offer a new option for you! Sr. Elizabeth Carrillo will be leading a session of Lectio Divina in Nature for those who are interested. Listening with the ear of the heart, we learn to encounter God in the works of God’s own hands. If you would like to participate, let us know in the “add a comment” section of the registration form.
