September 8 | Wednesday 10:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3:00 p.m. CDT
facilitated by Renee Neff-Clark
Commentator Gail R. O’Day suggests to us that the Gospel of John provides a particular lens through which to view Christian love: “In John, one gives out of the abundance of one’s love, not out of the denial of one’s self.” We will examine how Jesus imparted an abundance of love and fullness of life to the women He encountered within this gospel, and explore how the impact upon their lives can in turn impact our own. We invite you to join us in spending time with this extraordinary gospel learning anew what it means to love as God loves.
Please register by September 1. After submitting your registration, we will send you an invoice for the retreat. Please know we have scholarships available, and if you would like to make a request, email S. Carol Ann at email@example.com. We strongly encourage you to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts, to ensure the delivery of the source email containing the Zoom link and any additional materials or guidelines for the retreat, which will be emailed the day prior to the retreat We look forward to seeing you online.
