Sister Helga is in the process of transferring her vows from a community in Corpus Christi, Texas. She is a trained translator and teacher, who serves in the monastery’s liturgy office and is working to translate the inclusive version of the Rule of St. Benedict into Spanish.

She dabbles in watercolors, likes to sew and do art journaling.
