Sister Dorothy ministered as an elementary teachers for many years in Kansas and Iowa. She was secretary of development at LeBlond High School in St. Joseph, Missouri, and principal and president of Mount St. Scholastica Academy for several years.   She worked as business manager, director of lay personnel, and human resources director in the Mount’s business office.   

She currently provides a variety of services around the monastery.
