Thursday, March 11 | 7:00-9:00 p.m. CST
facilitated by Renee Bhatia
Free-will offering (suggested contribution, $20)
Solitude is a spiritual practice with deep roots in Christian tradition. Throughout this pandemic, we have had ample opportunity to be alone. But social distancing and quarantining are not necessarily the same as solitude. Solitude is a spiritual practice when we bring the intention of cultivating presence. In this retreat we will explore solitude in the tradition, as well as ways to bring the fruits of solitude into your life that will hopefully carry over beyond the pandemic. We will have time for personal prayer and reflection. Consider gathering any of these optional items for your personal reflection time: a journal; simple art supplies such as paper/art journal and oil pastels or collage elements; a musical instrument.
Please register by March 4. Once your registration is completed, you should receive a confirmation email within a week. Zoom meeting links, along with any additional details and materials Renee would like you to have, will be emailed to you the day prior to each session. We look forward to seeing you online.
As a free-will offering, no payment is required, but we are grateful for any amount contributed, if you are able. Click here if you would like to contribute now.
