Facing the holidays after the loss of a loved one can be incredibly challenging. Your family may be wrestling with what to do, and may even be tempted to just ignore the holidays this year. This gathering offers an opportunity for you to process your feelings and better identify and understand what you need in this season. Come together with others who are also facing loss and are struggling, in a place where all can talk about the pain of what you each will miss the most. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself this time to plan and respond, avoiding being overwhelmed by things out of your control. Come and know that you are not alone as you navigate the mystery of grief and that we are here to support you as you approach the holidays.
Free-will offering. Please register by October 30. Once your registration is received, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also expect, a day prior to the beginning of the retreat, an email including the Zoom meeting link along with any materials the retreat leaders wish to provide ahead of time.
