Although delayed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Sisters Diana Seago and Constance Krstolic celebrated the jubilees of their monastic profession during Evening Prayer on May 21, 2022.
Sister Diana’s 25th jubilee was actually her 27th, and Sister Connie’s 50th was actually her 52nd.
During the liturgy, both renewed their vows and were blessed by the community and guests.
Both Sisters preferred a relaxed celebration, including a supper of brats – cooked on the grill by Sister Linda Herndon, Marcia Ziska, Barbara Smith and Helen Mueting – and picnic fixin’s, with cakes specially made for the occasion by Sister Sharon Hamsa.
