September 7, 2022 | Wednesday 10:30-11:30 a.m. CST

facilitated by S. Linda Zahner, OSB
Cost: $15

Join us for a guided meditation prayer experience with the biblical story of Jonah in the belly of a great fish as our focus. When we first meet Jonah, he is intolerant and does not listen to God’s call, failing to do God’s will. We are reminded that we too might find ourselves in a similar situation: motivated by unkindness, biases and prejudices, lacking compassion and the willingness to hear God’s voice. We will have scripture reading, guided meditation, quiet reflection, time for sharing, and a closing prayer.

Please register by September 1. Once we have received your registration, we will send you an invoice for the retreat. Please know we have scholarships available; if you would like to make a request, email S. Carol Ann at sophia@mountosb.org. We strongly encourage you to add sophia@mountosb.org to your email contacts to ensure the delivery of emails regarding your retreat. We look forward to welcoming you online.
