February 1, 8, 15, 22 | Tuesday 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. CST

facilitated by Renee Bhatia
Cost: $40

“Focusing” is a process, developed by Dr. Eugene Gendlin, to help you become more aware of how you carry your life issues and experiences in your body. It is easy to learn and helps  connect you with your internal knowing, or direct experience that cannot be put into words yet. Using the expressive arts with Focusing can enhance that connection and help bring that “felt sense” into greater view. This retreat will be an experiential exploration of doing Focusing with the expressive arts. This is targeted to spiritual directors or people who have some Focusing experience.

Please register by January 24. Once we have received your registration, we will send you an invoice for the retreat. Please know we have scholarships available; if you would like to make a request, email S. Carol Ann at sophia@mountosb.org. We strongly encourage you to add sophia@mountosb.org to your email contacts to ensure the delivery of the source email containing the Zoom link and any additional materials or guidelines for the retreat, which will be emailed the day prior to the retreat. We look forward to seeing you online.
