Through simple\, prayerful steps\, you will be gently guided to create your own mandala\, using the process as a form of meditation and quiet reflection. We will look at the stories of these women to discern why it was important to the Gospel writer to mention them by name. Some questions we will consider include: Who are these women? Who are they in relation to Jesus? How are they significant\, not only in their own right\, but what is their significance in being included in this Gospel? \n\n\n\nThis retreat will primarily be lecture-style with time for questions and comments. The stories of women in Scripture have always held a special place in her heart\, as they represent and reflect the lives of all women\, both then and now. Although recently moved to Arizona\, Renee continues to share her love of scripture and poetry with us.
