This time offers a quiet invitation to step out of the demands of caregiving and into a rhythm of reflection\, rest\, and connection. Together\, we’ll share a brief grounding practice\, a contemplative reading\, and a period of silence\, followed by optional\, open-hearted sharing in a supportive and confidential space. He also offers spiritual direction as a graduate of the Souljourners program and enjoys leading retreats as a trained Boundless Compassion facilitator. Mark is an oblate of Mount St. Scholastica\, where he is formed by the Benedictine tradition of hospitality and community life.
