This is it. \n\n\n\nIn today’s fast-paced culture\, it is not uncommon to feel stressed\, overworked\, isolated\, and unbalanced. Benedictine spirituality offers a different way. The Rule of St. Benedict\, which guides the sisters of Mount St. Scholastica and all Benedictine communities\, invites a life of harmonious living within ourselves\, with one another\, and with the earth. In this retreat we will explore some of the foundations of Benedictine spirituality through the elements of music and poetry: rhythm\, silence\, melody\, and harmony. This experiential retreat will offer time for prayer\, reflection\, creative expression\, and discussion. \n\n\n\n*Includes one-night stay in a private room\, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday.
