DESCRIPTION:This workshop promotes healthier food and beverage choices across food groups to move closer to Dietary Guidelines for Americans (eat a variety of fruits and vegetables\, whole grains\, lean protein\, healthy fats—less sodium and added sugars).  Fresh Conversations was based on the Health Belief Model.   \n\n\n\nEach session includes material discussion\, conversation\, physical activity\, and tasting activity.   \n\n\n\n\nPresented by Elizabeth Bryden\n\n\n\nElizabeth is our newest volunteer.
