DESCRIPTION:Please join us virtually on Zoom for 30 minutes of contemplative prayer and meditation\, using the guidelines of the Centering Prayer method. No experience required\, instruction will be provided. May this time of sharing silence bring peace in the midst of your day! She is a trained spiritual director who specializes in contemplative prayer and discernment practices. She also facilitates the Retreat in Daily Life/Ignatian Spiritual Exercises.
