facilitated by Sharon Highberger

This workshop offers a simple meditation method as an 11th-Step practice for all those in 12-Step fellowships. This method of contemplative prayer opens the mind and heart to the Higher Power. This session is open to all persons who wish to begin a meditation practice, who want supportive information for their practice, or who are interested in deepening their current meditation practice.

Please register by January 11. Once we have received your registration, we will send you an invoice for the retreat. Please know we have scholarships available; if you would like to make a request, email S. Carol Ann at sophia@mountosb.org. We strongly encourage you to add sophia@mountosb.org to your email contacts to ensure the delivery of emails regarding your retreat.
