Two Sisters Publish Books

Sisters Judith Sutera and Irene Nowell published spiritual reflection books recently. S. Judith authored Advent and Christmas, Wisdom from St. Benedict and Lent and Easter, Wisdom from St. Benedict; and S. Irene wrote 101 Questions & Answers on Angels and Devils.





S. Judith’s books are part of a series by Liguori Press on wisdom from various saints. They contain a quote from St. Benedict, a scripture reading, a short reflection and an action for each day of the season. They are not tied to a particular reading cycle and can be used any year.

S. Irene’s book is part of Paulist Press’s 101 Questions and Answers series. According to Daniel J. Harrington, SJ, professor of New Testament at Boston College, “This wonderful book covers everything that you always wanted to know about angels, devils, and demons but were afraid to ask.”
