It is hard
for one's self
to know.
Others can forgive
but it is hard
for him.
But the sky is there --
cloudless and high
even on a sympathetic
terrible August day.
There is glory
around him.
"Now ought we to praise
the heavenly Keeper
the power of our God
and His mood-thought.
He made first the heavens
as a home
and then He made earth
as a path for the feet of His children."
