St. Scholastica Chapel Window
St. Agatha

St. Agatha, one of the seven women mentioned in Eucharistic Prayer I of the Mass, holds a Roman oil lamp with its bright flame symbolizing her fidelity to Christ. The grille, coals and tongs in the lower part of the window indicate the torture by hot irons which was the means of her martyrdom.
