Dooley Center earns award for customer satisfaction

Dooley in top 10 percent of facilities nationwide

The Dooley Center at Mount St. Scholastica has been named a “My InnerView Excellence in Action” award winner for 2014-2015 by the National Research Corporation.

In all, 599 long-term care and senior living organizations across the United States received the award, including 25 in Kansas. The Dooley Center’s award was in the category of “customer satisfaction.” In that category, 404 facilities received the award, 19 of them in Kansas. 

“We strive to provide the best possible care for our monastic elders and are pleased that the National Research Corporation has recognized our efforts,” said Sister Anne Shepard, prioress. 

The award recognizes organizations that achieve the highest levels of satisfaction as demonstrated by overall resident or employee satisfaction scores that rank within the top 10 percent of the MyInnerView product data base.

National Research is the largest patient satisfaction firm in the United States.
