Sacred Life of Gardens (Zoom)

September 4, 11, 18, 25, 2024 | Wednesdays 7:00-8:30 p.m. CDT

facilitated by Mary Kay Whitacre and Debbie Carmody

Cost: $60

So much of life happens in a garden. In the Old and New Testaments we hear that a garden is present at creation, during Jesus’ passion, and at the Resurrection. Jesus often uses garden imagery to teach. Today, we visit or plant gardens to be in harmony with the rhythms of nature and to find peace in our fragmented world. Think of this retreat series as a package of spiritual seeds and imagine our time together as the sun and rain to nourish their growth. This series will be a combination of input, faith sharing, creative processing, and prayer.

Please register by August 28. Once we have received your registration, we will send you an invoice for the retreat. Please know we have scholarships available; if you would like to make a request, email S. Carol Ann at sophia@mountosb.org. We strongly encourage you to add sophia@mountosb.org to your email contacts to ensure the delivery of emails regarding your retreat.
